Shulker boxes held by endermen are completely invisible

Relates to MCPE-239735, MCPE-239737, MCPE-243593 and MCPE-243611.

If an enderman is made to hold a shulker box, its arms will be displayed in the right position, but the shulker box will be nowhere to be seen.

To reproduce:

• spawn an enderman

• run this command: /replaceitem entity @e[type=enderman] slot.weapon.mainhand 0 undyed_shulker_box

Java Edition command, to compare, since this bug only affects BE: /summon minecraft:enderman ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1,carriedBlockState:{id:"shulker_box"}}

Expected results: an enderman carrying a shulker box.

Actual results: an enderman carrying nothing.
