[MCPE-29995] Sprinting on the edge of a block next to water causes the water's particles to appear

Searched to no reports for the bedrock edition, although this does seem to be basically the same as MC-1133 on the java edition, which would also cover MCPE-18063.

This effect can also be recreated by sprint-flying over water in creative mode.

Hi, Connor Steppie. I have the same problem, when sprinting on the edge of a block next to water, ice-like particles show up. These particles also appear when falling from high up and landing on the edge of a block right next to water.
