Cannot confirm. I don't see what the problem is in the video you provided. I see a little flickering happening, but I think that's the result of a mismatch between your frame rate and the sampling rate of the recording software you used.

Providing enough of the right information is important for getting your problem the attention you want it to have. For help writing bug reports please see the Issue Guidelines.

Updated with actual screenshot with clearly visible issue.

Can also confirm.

Interestingly, sand also seems to light up different blocks which are below it. The effects are shared by red sand, but not gravel or concrete powder.

Affects 1.2.13. All full-block sandstone variants also appear to be affected.

This issue is present in 1.6.1. This, MCPE-19433, and MCPE-30503 seem to be caused by the same bug. This lighting issue also happens if you block a light source on a single side.

My friend, my little brother, and I found this issue, I was using Windows 10 with game version 1.6.1, my brother was using iOS with game version 1.6.2, and my friend was using Android with game version 1.6.0. (And my friend is using 1.6.0 because of a Play Store issue that is not letting him update)
