Sometimes I don't understand why I hit the block and it doesn't drop anything.
for examples: I hit grass block with my shovel or my hand and it does not drop anything.
and if this happened when I'm mining the diamond and it drops nothing this could be a big problem. [So please if it's possible to fix this please do it thank you. ]
But when I found out that I hit the block and it doesn't drop anything, first I exit to the main menu and re-enter the world and still, there's nothing on the ground.[but I can hit a block and it drops what it should drops]

This could be a duplicate of MCPE-32335. If you use the technique of charging a bow, changing your mind and selecting a different item on the hotbar to avoid firing an arrow, that could be the cause.
