Summary:
When using a trident with riptide in water or rain to travel and not hitting a mob, there is no loss of durability. Granting the player a infinite way to travel in rain or water.
Steps to reproduce:
Gamemode Survival (rain)
Give the player a trident enchanted with riptide 3
Notice when using the trident in rain or underwater, without hitting a mob, the trident stays as new.
What I expected:
The trident with riptide to take a durability hit for every use, even with travel. Not giving the player a infinite way to travel. Similar to the Java Edition.

Since you are not actually hitting anything with the trident, can we argue that this is an appropriate case to not reduce durability? The durability would be taken up via elytra or your armor and health if you were just using it to jump up and land. In my opinion, I personally would like to see this left as is.
