Everytime I try to join a friend's server, whether it's on Switch or any other console, I get the message 'Unable to connect to world'. I've managed to play crossplay a few times but I've only been able to play with people on Switch twice. Sometimes friends cannot join my world's either. I don't have this problem on any other game on Switch. I don't see anyone else having this problem either.

Have you checked your Xbox Live Online Privacy and Safety settings at Xbox.com? If your Microsoft Account is new, you may not be familiar with those, but they control whether you can connect to other gamers and they can connect to you. Uou may also need to add your friends' gamertags to your friends list before you can connect.

I have checked my Xbox Live Online Privacy and Safety settings and everything seems fine there. I keep getting the unable to connect to world message. Do you know if Mojang are working on fixing the issue as it is effecting other people other than myself.

I have switch, android and pc bedrock. I have major issues connecting to switch players world and also win10 players worlds from my win10. other players on switch cannot connect to me when I play on win10. also other win10 players cannot connect to me when I am on win10. we have tried deleting the cache and rejoining/downloading pack removing pack and playing on default texture pack. sometimes we can play but most of the time we can never connect or even get to the download pack option. yes all of our xbox settings are set to allow. this is very frustrating. I want to play with my friends!!!
