See screenshot. The torches were placed the day before that night. Deleting the torch and placing again in night solve the problem, but it may appear again in further nightes.

Possibly related to MCPE-179?
I've not noticed anything about chunk connection on screenshots from MCPE-179...
Another classic example in a 2x1 tunnel (bedrock level). Light from the torch stops at the chunk❓ . It can be corrected by removing/placing the torch again, but the problem will appear again next time you connect to the game.
Aha! I always saw this in my mines, where the light abruptly stops. I had no idea it meant I was at the end of the chunk. Allowing light to travel past each chunk could easily fix this problem.
I can confirm that it will happen in a 2x17 tunnel in a straight line (in the bottom two non-bedrock layers mined from end to end). Even after replacing torches to fix the lighting, after quitting and starting back up, the glitch will often reappear in the same place. With the bug, mobs manage to spawn even when spacing torches in a 6x6 grid. Haven't tried 5x5 yet.
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
Still exists in 0.6.1. A little more detail...the lighting glitch occurs in a horizontal line that marks the division between chunks (for example, between Y-16 and Y-17 or X-16 and X-17).

This is very easily to simulate. Do the same pattern as above. Quit the game and load the map again. You'll see the problem displayed in the picture. removing the torch and placing it back again will correct the lighting. Seems to have something to do with connected chunks?
