Chorus fruit has the cooldown animation before consumption

Confirmed. It's supposed to appear only after consuming the item.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Get a Chorus Fruit

2. Just press your interact/eat button but don't eat

Observed Results:

The item slot will highlight for the cooldown even though I have not eaten the fruit.

Expected Results:

The item slot will only start the cooldown after you eat the fruit.

Present in 1.20.81
