Command block sets incorrect block

The same command block produces incorrect color.  Thinking this was a bug in my 2-D printer, I placed a button next to the command block: when you press this button, the command block creates the correct color of wool.  I placed repeaters behind each command block in my contraption to demonstrate that redstone is powering the correct command block.

Because I know this sounds implausible, and I know my own groups reaction to insane sounding claims, I attached a minute video demonstrating the issue (clumsily - I'm sorry about that).

The version reported on the start-screen is v1.6.0

Thanks,
Mark

I've uploaded a video demonstrating the issue .. I'm not sure how to get you the datafiles for this world, but I'm willing to do so if you walk me through the steps.

Thanks again!

It's clear from your video that the repeater is powering both the command block it's pointing into, and the adjacent command block. Therefore multiple blocks are being set, and an unpredictable one wins.

For the reasons mentioned above, everything seems to be Working As Intended.

To avoid this problem, add a block between the repeaters and the command blocks to make it so that only one command block is powered at the time.
