When dying you spawn above the ground when your bed is under the ground

This should be fixed in the 1.10 beta version, but as MCPE-38374 is still an on-going issue, we'd very much like to hear from players as to whether this is still occurring in 1.10.

I have experienced something like this. When I sleep I can see my self a few blocks off the bed sometimes to the right of the bed sometimes to the left, and then I don't spawn next to the bed. It's like the bug with the villager sleeping in the beds, they are sleeping but they aren't on the beds correctly.

@unknown: That's a different issue, see MCPE-43995.

All: Does anybody still have an issue with respawning above the ground/on the roof when dying with your respawn point set in a bed that has a spawnable space beside it?
