Every time I load my survival world I Have a big chance to randomly die from a fall damage even though I would leave my character inside the house or in some safe location. I lost my items few times this way and it's really annoying, because I can't do anything about it. My game loads and then I am dead. And I don't know even were my items are because coordinates would not show, and the location of death is also different from my bed spawn.

I am having the same issue. I randomly start in the sky over the original spawn point, fall and die even though I slept and reset my spawn point before closing the game. I have created a slime block platform over the original spawn point to try and help to keep me from dying, but sometimes I am a little bit off from the previous point (and I die from fall damage).

I've had the same issue once as well. Game loaded into death screen with items scattered at spawn, exited game safe in base before that. Windows 10 version.Â
