am mining and now I get no resorses... o silver from sliver blocks or dimands from diamonds blocks

Are you mining with a wooden pick ax?

Are you did turn off Tile Drops?

make sure you're using the right tool for the ore
wood pick for coal
stone pick for iron and coal
iron pick for diamond, gold, lapis, emerald, and redstone ore

make sure tile drops is enabled, and that you're in survival mode (tiles don't drop in creative when mined, of course)

@Khamanei Ainsworth you can mine Lapis Lazuli with a stone pickaxe

What are you trying to do in Minecraft? What type of pickaxe are you using? Are you in creative?
