Loading is quite slow on Nintendo Switch.
Wether it's opening the game from a cold start, opening your world or joining another.
The newly introduced boostmode could improve upon this.
You can call a function from the switch SDK: ```nn::oe::SetCpuBoostMode()```
Maybe you guys knew this already, maybe not, you do now anyway 🙂.

That's no reason to use boost mode instead performance tuning.
Don't know why mobile version load the game so fast and Switch loading the game / save game with unreasonable performance.

I agree, the mobile version shows it's possible on mobile hardware. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that high end phones generally have better cpu's compared to the switch. Switch trumps phones with it's gpu though. Minecraft is (from what I understand) a very cpu heavy game. So maybe boostmode is the only solution we have. Or, the Nintendo Switch just isn't their priority

I totally agree with you on this feature. The boost mode is a really effective tool for the loading process. Technically seen this "boost mode" enables the CPU to run at 1.75Ghz for a shot period of time instead of the standard 1Ghz, which enables the switch to speed up the load process a lot.
According to Brawl345 the load times in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild noticed the following improvements:
Loading save file: 31 seconds -> 21 seconds
Fast travel: 19 seconds -> 11 seconds
Entering shrine: 10 seconds -> 7 seconds
Mario Odyssey does the same and it REALLY improves the start time!

This could be a very valuable feature for a lot of games, and especially for Minecraft since the loading times are significant. If this could lead to a 33% loading time decrease this would lead to a huge QoL improvement to the game. Let's hope the Minecraft devs are going to look further in this! 🙂
