When opening the '?' context sensitive help icon within the Cartography Table UI, the help page for Loom opens. It looks like Loom is the last help entry under Crafting, which may be why this entry is opening. There is no entry listed for Cartography Table at all under Crafting (or anywhere else in Help that I can see).
This may be a more generic problem with the new workstations (eg Grindstone) - I haven't checked those.
I searched the summaries of all 83 issues matching "Cartography Table" but did not see anything relating to the Helptext.

Yes agreed. Sorry I missed that issue. "Information" vs "Help" I guess. Also MCPE-44414 includes two issues and leads on a different one.
This issue MCPE-47505 adds the detail that the Cartography Table help text is actually missing. In addition to the already reported fact that the Cartography Table context help links to the Loom help page.
However I've added this for clarity to your issue MCPE-44414 so, happy to merge to your original issue.
This issue was partially fixed in betas of 1.12 for the cartography table. The stonecutter ? does nothing however.
What was the partial fix? I'm seeing the problem in 1.14.2 - no help for Cartography Table and the context help button opens the Loom help.
