The textures for the different states of the structure block are incorrectly applied. They account for the "Data" mode, which doesn't exist yet. This causes all the textures to be offset.
"Save" uses the "Data" texture;
"Load" uses the "Save" texture;
"Corner" uses the "Load" texture;
"Data" uses the "in-hand" texture.
The only mode that uses the correct texture is "Export".
This can be confirmed by either looking at Java Edition or the textures' names.

Same here. Looks like this is technically intended until they add the textures for the different states.

This is more of the terrain_texture.json issue apparently, I can swap the Structure Block texture order to fix the issue properly by putting the data block texture after the corner block one like this:
"structure_block": {
"textures": [
"textures/blocks/structure_block",
"textures/blocks/structure_block_save",
"textures/blocks/structure_block_load",
"textures/blocks/structure_block_corner",
"textures/blocks/structure_block_data",
"textures/blocks/structure_block_export"
]
},
Can confirm but for some reason, the textures for the Structure Block are labelled correctly in the texture files. Maybe it has something to do with the Blocks.json file.
