Enderman stare sound keeps repeating and overlaps several times when angering an enderman

So, I loaded up a new world, messed around with things, and found a couple of bugs, and this is one of them! Whenever you anger and enderman, the stare sound overlaps and repeats! Just like how when a Ghastwas charging up a fireball,the sound kept repeating and overlapping (The Ghast bug has been fixed) So, please fix this?

How to reproduce

  1. Enter creative mode

  2. Stare at an enderman's eyes

Here, the enderman's screaming sound will continuously trigger until the sound cap is reached.

I also having this issue, but it starts even if they arent angry. I calling it "The Enderman Drill".
