So recently I have encountered an annoying visual bug with the riptide trident effects. Rather than swirling around the playermodel as it spins, the playermodel seems to spin around as if on an axis at the feet, and the air effects go all over the place. I have attached a visual representation below.

It is still an issue, however it has changed with 1.13. This visiual effect (which was completely missing in 1.6 MCPE-34448) is now only visible on the front side of the player that is using riptide.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
We were trying to reproduce this one on windows 10 (with Elytra on as well) on 1.16.40 but without any success.

Yes it is still an issue in 1.16.40, but in 1.13 it was changed a bit. I attached one video for bedrock

[media]for comparison.
Steps to reproduce:
Go in water or change weather to rainy
Use a riptide trident
Go into 3rd person
❌ Notice, that the riptide animation is broken.

Can confirm for 1.11 and 1.12 updates, the riptide animation is completely messed up!
Not to be confused with the related issues of MCPE-49984 and MCPE-40055, which have to do with the arm animation.
