[MCPE-50378] Pillagers and their outposts are not spawning

For a lot of hours of playing there are no pillagers and outposts.

After long searching of pillagers in the world I desided to look into MCC ToolChest, and there are no pillagers outposts.

Also happening on xbone bedrock latest edition (for the life of me I can't figure out how to access edition number). I used Chunkbase to locate three far away Pillager outposts (further than I had ever explored) and came up empty all three times.

Not really, I'm not missing pillagers, I'm missing the entire outpost.
