Hello,
I've tried searching through the forums but I'm not sure if this is a duplicate or not. My son plays Minecraft on his iPad. Sometimes he logs in and other times he doesn't and just plays locally on his iPad. He wanted to add his cousin as his friend so I logged him into his xbox live account.
Now, we can't even access Minecraft! We see the MOJANG logo and then starts to load Minecraft logo and shuts off. Over and over again. He is completely upset and we are looking for some assistance on how to get the app to work again.
If I delete the app and reload, will we then lose all his local worlds? Is there a way to back those up?

Sorry to hear you're hitting this issue. Had you adjusted the player's Xbox Live permissions just before this crash started happening? If so, it could be the same issue as MCPE-29021, which we are currently working to get resolved.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
