The lantern & bell placement is inconsistent between the java and bedrock editions of the game

I am on iPad Pro 12.9” Gen 1 running iPadOS 13.3.
All of these items still can not support the bell in 1.13.1.
Still exists in 1.14.20, and also the previous releases of 1.14. I just forgot to post here it seems.
I think that both Java and Bedrock should break the lantern or bell when the trapdoor is opened, I assume Minecraft has support for that.
I think that the trapdoors are a bug from Java. They can be opened, so I think it would make sense that the player is unable to place lanterns and bells on them.
