Walking sounds, MUCH louder than all other in game sounds

When i'm playing, all game sounds are pretty normal... except for walking sounds. Whenever i have my volume set at a level where i can hear other game sounds, the sounds the blocks make when i walk/land on them are loud enough to almost blast my ears off. I know this isn't a problem on my end because (unlike Java Edition) i can't set custom volume levels for different sources of sound in Bedrock Edition. I can only control general music, and general sounds.

This sounds similar to a problem I've been searching for. Sounds coming from the direction I'm looking are at the normal volume, but sounds coming from an angle are quieter in proportion to the angle. Sounds from behind my head are almost completely inaudible. If I look up, I can't hear things below me, and if I look down I can't hear things above me. I have been blown up by creepers because of this.

Please check whether the problem you're describing is related to the direction you're looking and affects other kinds of sounds, too. If so, it is the same problem I'm having and we are tracking it as MCPE-51618.
