Just purchased this game (physical cartridge, not downloads le version) for my kids, and it crashes every time we try to load a new world with a seed selected for Snowy Village. We went through Nintendo's recommendations for troubleshooting (restarting console, re-downloading game data, checking for corrupt game data, etc.) but nothing has resolved the issue. We are able to load worlds with default settings but that means we can't use the texture and skin packs that came with the Nintendo Switch version. What can we do to troubleshoot this?
Thanks,
Liam Jackson

Yes the Switch edition is the bedrock codebase and does come on the cartridge, I can confirm this is a widespread issue as me and all of my friends since the 1.14.1 hot fix have been having problems with the game crashing constantly and cross play not working well. The game will crash randomly when you exit and save, as well as if your someone joining someone’s server.

Are you sure you created this report under the right project? My understanding is that the Bedrock Codebase edition is not available on a cartridge, though I might be wrong. On the main menu, in the lower right corner you should see the version number. If it's not 1.14.0 or 1.14.1, you are not playing the Bedrock Codebase edition of the game, you're playing the older Nintendo Switch edition. Support for that edition ended with version 1.0.16 in June 2018.
If you are, in fact, playing the Bedrock edition, I'm confused about what you say. The information I have is that the downloadable content from the Switch edition should still be available when playing Bedrock. If it's missing, it would be missing whether or not you used the seed picker to select the Snowy Village seed. Can you provide more details?
