When in creative mode and trying to shift-click armor onto your character from the inventory, the armor will often times be deleted, or duplicated. The same happens when shift-clicking the armor from your armor slots, into your inventory.
How to reproduce:
1. Go into create
2. grab a set of armor
3. shift-click all the armor onto your player rapidly
4. You should see it start to flash, and some of your items get deleted
5. try the same in reverse, taking armor off by shift clicking, it will duplicate armor.
Note: You may need to test this on a realm/server, it rarely happens in single player.

Yep looks like this one is latency (and/or lag) related. I spun up a BDS on a VPS in Los Angeles (~160ms from Aus) and I can replicate it reliably. Video attached, have confirmed the report 🙂

This bug doesn't have to do with lag when opening your inventory. The other bug is related to enchants etc lagging your inventory when you open it, causing stuttering.
This bug is a result of general world lag and latency, causing your armor to be deleted/duplicated. The inventory isn't actually lagging/stuttering, and this also only happens in creative🙂 Related bugs, but not exactly the same!
I've actually been able to reproduce this on 1.14.30 for Xbox in a Realm on Survival. When I've got a redstone machine,with a faster clock and pistons creating a bit of a frame rate drop I can user the fast equip button (for me I use "Y") and I've regularly had my Shield either vanish or duplicate. It's only been happening with the shield in survival tho and it is a bit hit or miss. Which is mildly annoying since I've lost more shields than I've duplicated.
