[MCPE-65615] Soul Fire Deals Damage Like Regular Fire

Greetings Sir/Mam

The Summary:-

Soul Fire and Soul Campfire deals damage like regular fire.

How To Reproduce:-

Step 1:- Have a soul soil/soul sand block.

Step 2:- Have a flint & steel/fire charge

Step 3:- Ignite the soul soil.

Step 4:- Be in survival mode.

Step 5:- Stand in the soul fire.

Observed Results:-

The soul fire deals damage like regular fire(1 heart point).

Expected Results:-

It should deal damage worth 2 heart points.

I can confirm. This is a bug that effects 1.16.0.53.

Can confirm that it is fixed in full release 1.16.100.

This bug now occurs in the beta 1.16.220.52. Soul campfires deals the same damage as regular campfire. Can this ticket be reopened.

Double-checked in 1.17.11 Hotfix and this is still fixed.
