Fo some reason when we trade with the piglin and get a golden boots the piglin instantly equip it

I'm assuming you're referring to the Soul Speed Iron Boots they give? Either way, I've had this happen as well sometimes.
@unknown They aren't, the poster refers to iron boots. Piglins, as well as other humanoid mobs, have a chance of equipping dropped tools and armor. That's why this occurs.

Golden boots aren't even supposed to be part of the loot table... Strange
