Items can’t be shift clicked into the crafting table

The bug

On java edition it is possible to shift click items into the crafting table since the buzzy bees update, however it does not work on bedrock edition.

How to reproduce:

  1. Place a crafting table.

  2. Right click it.

  3. Shift click any item.

What I observed: The item didn’t get shifted into the crafting table.
What I expected: The item will be in the crafting table.

Huh. It's been like this for so long that I didn't even realize it was a bug!

Java has a different inventory/crafting organization format. It would be good to add it as a feature, though.

This is not a bug. I would suggest making a feature request in feedback.
