[MCPE-9557] Can't Drink Milk in Creative to remove potion effects

Cant drink milk in Creative Mode in order to remove potion effects.

Steps to reproduce

Drink/Splash yourself with a potion let's say slowness or weakness.
Try to remove the effects by drinking milk while in creative but you can't.
