[REALMS-1227] Can't connect to realm on win10 or xbox one

"Failed attempting to join realm. Please try again later." Also unable to replace the world in the realm aswell as close the realm

I was able to play just fine the past week, but suddenly yesterday it started to act up like this. I cant close the realm or replace with a back up world.

Hi guys,

we have noticed that issue have started happen for users. We are investigating into the the root cause. Currently, we also dont have a good notification in place yet to detect this from our side.

We are planning to make an effort to have a better alert-system so we know when it happens to users.

Meanwhile, if you can provide your gamertag and realms name to Support, or directly to me here, and we will try to manually fix it for you

Jordan, your realm should be accessable now. However, be aware that the root-cause is yet not found and we have noticed that other realms that have experienced the same issue have sometimes gone back to the bad state. We are working on identifying and fixing the root cause to the issue.

PappaDavid, I had a look, and it seems that your realm doesnt have the same error as the others. I recommend contact our support and explain your issue to them

Having the same issues. Gamertag - Bozz99

Realm Name - TiDoM

Any assistance would be much appreciated @Alexander. Issues arose few days ago with the crashing. Would swap worlds which would temporarily fix issue. Realm crashed 12hrs ago and my little trick no longer works.

Edit: Using Java version of realms.

We just started having this same issue, nobody can connect. Those who were on when the trouble started were fine until they disconnected.

Having the exact same issue. Gamertag is Satsuki Hime, Realm is named Arendelle

Edit: STILL unable to join. This is day three. I expect these lost days to be appended to my subscription time.

Having some issues with Windows 10 version.

My Gamertag is AdaptiveLeaf65 and the Realm name is New Atlantis

My teammate cant get on to the Realm at all, his Gamertag is OpaqueBag87688.

Having the exact issue with my Minecraft realms in Windows 10.
None of my friends are able to enter including me.
Had tried to replaced the world, open and close the realm.

Very old bug with few occurrences recently in an area we have fixed a lot of problems with. Bug is also too general to act on. If problems persist, please contact Mojang Customer Support.
