When loading up the account page on minecraft.net, the page fails to load.
At further inspection I found out that I was getting a 401 error as well as a 429 error.
This issue seems to be related to the account page, as I can't reproduce it anywhere else on the website.
Update: Many people have said that this has to do with the language setting of the page.

Possible fix: Change the language of the page using the Globe button at the bottom
Edit: The portuguese and spanish versions especially seem to have a lot of issues

ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID indicates that the problem is related to SSL. We are not experiencing any SSL issues server side. Therefore pls look at this article. Other tips: Try another web browser. Make sure your computer clock is correct.

I'm able to confirm that the login page cannot be loaded if website language is set to es-es or pt-pt (possibly other languages are affected as well).
Edit: Checked in another browser too, same result. da-dk, es-mx, fi-fi, it-it, ja-jp, ko-kr, nb-no, nl-nl, pt-br, sv-se, zh-hans and zh-hant are affected as well.
I had the same issue and it is coming from your computer. The following actions are only available on Windows.
Open notepad in Administrator mode, then under File, Open, type at the Directory Bar %SystemRoot%/System32/drivers/etc/hosts
In this file, delete all the line containing the word mojang. Save it (be careful, this file has NO EXTENSION).
If you previously used illegal way to enter in the Minecraft world, then be sure that everything has been deleted from your computer.
right now, my minecrat.net only goes to https://www.minecraft.net/ja-jp/
if you try to select english at the bottom of the page, it instead goes to:
https://www.minecraft.net/ja-jp/undefined
@loqk, I think the page didn't load properly, so you have to reload the page and then change the language. I just tried and it is working properly now.
Next time, try to post your message in an appropriate ticket.
