I still have the problem, a good way to check would be to place a stair one block above water, and try to jump from the water onto it, it'll glitch you back into the water.
I can confirm this, the torches looked exactly the same as your screenshots right there, and the fence part was also floating, but I'm not sure if that has to do with the torches.
Yes, it is still a concern in the current version as well.
I noticed this, and I was about to report it. I do have optifine and it makes sense that it could have modified the font, thanks for telling us, it seemed weird.
Ok, so this Nether portal thing isn't a bug, that's cool, but Caio, what do you mean Compasses always consistently pointed to 0,0? The compass problem that I had never existed for me prior to this update, and it always pointed to the spawn. I am not sure what you are trying to say, but that never happened. Plus, it wouldn't make common sense, the spawn isn't necessarily at 0,0, so why would it point there? It would be simply be useless and unnecessary to make an item that does something like that.
I can confirm this issue. It has happened to me. I almost lost my house because it pointed to a random location. Not only that but a new portal was created when I came back to the overworld, so I was in a totally different place. I didn't create a new portal somewhere else in the Nether yet I still ended up in the wrong place.
Yes this has happened to me, and not only that, but the direction compasses point to when going through a nether portal and back, is different. It doesn't point to the spawn, and I almost lost my house because of that.
Exactly what has been happening to me. I already reported it, and yes it does not happen on single player.
I know you just gotta position yourself right when entering the bed, but it's not worth it to watch how you enter the bed for some silly bug like this. It's not a big deal it's just a little annoying. I just think the particles should be facing you when you are in the bed.
Yes I am aware that the 2d image rotates facing you depending on where you are standing. It's just like the fishing pole hook. It just seems like on odd thing to look at when you are sleeping, and I'm not sure if this is a problem that existed prior to 1.4, or if it even is a problem.
Ok, you can go ahead and close it, it hasn't happened always, and it only happened one more time after this date, but I forgot to take a pic. It doesn't seem like it is Minecraft related.
