I don't mean 1.7.2 connected to 1.6.4 servers. My issue is that it says that all the servers are offline which they are not.
New versions of Minecraft had always been backward-incompatible. An example is the 1.5 Redstone Update, which changed the redstone behaviour.
Adventure mode should not allow breaking blocks at all. If a custom map needs to allow players to break blocks, it can give the players the appropriate tools instead, and this should always work.
Added a screenshot. I would say this is a minor visual annoyance.
To reproduce, you need to break the bottom part of the leashed fence, not the top part.
I can reproduce this, but the floating leash will drop as a resource in 3 to 4 seconds, perhaps there is code which check for the situation but just not getting triggered in time.
Basically happens when vertical size is lower than 248px.
You used a modded Minecraft, though I can also reproduce under vanilla 1.5.1 pre-release.
Not necessary a nearby wall. It can be rather far away, where arrows which sticks to a wall can pop out of it (or even turn to the opposite direction). Sometimes shot arrows will even just visually "hit air" just right in front of the player, even if you shoot far away or up (should be a similar issue). These things just happen and I can't figure out the specific condition. Mostly a re-login will fix these temporary, but they will reappear randomly.
An easier way to reproduce this bug is to make a mob (e.g. zombie) ride a Minecart and then break the Minecart. I previously mentioned using MCEdit to stack entities. Using Minecart is easier (and more "vanilla"). So apparently this seems to make MC-4925 a duplicate of this bug (not only related to).
Hi mod, how is it a duplicate of MC-7867? This issue is about Minecart with TNT exploding when caught into an explosion unlike a typical TNT which has a fuse time. There is no merged Minecarts or massive nuke explosion. There is no lag or crash.
@Nathan Gorzelanczyk
So does that mean you actually know how to fix all these bugs? Why don't you fix it and upload the patch? If you don't, just leave the mods and Mojang decide and stop spamming.
@Nathan Gorzelanczyk
Just stop spamming.
When two bugs looks similar, they may not actually be the same in nature.
Similarly, when two bugs looks different, they may actually be caused by the same bug.
Still happens on 1.5 pre-release. I reproduced this by stacking a villager and zombie with mcedit, then kill the bottom one. As soon as the top one falls to the ground it sinks into it (visually).
Can you create a new world with the same seed and reproduce this? Like /tp to the same location?
I have modified this issue to be more general, so... you may want to check again.
Can reproduce. Sometimes the potion does nothing and sometimes it is an infinite one.
Thank you for telling me this, I appreciate your help Kumasasa. Now I understand why!
