Found the issue, for some reason words with resource packs with the min eng version set to 1.26 or higher disables vibrant visuals.

This is such an stupid decision, and to not comunicate anyone cuz its an exploit? So people now have disbled achievements in their worlds for using a sceipt that makes shulkers have colorful UIs? The comunication of this company is pathetic.
