I don't think that follows from this bug. This bug happens when two pistons rapidly extend, even if there's no ceiling obstructing them.

This bug was affected minecraft version 1.0.0 or older.

Not only stone, It could be any blocks.

Incorrect, Piston arms don't let go pass through when facing directions with the exception of facing west. Which means only Facing West will let player go through.

Yeah, It happened to my survival world when I was farming Rabbit and escaped from fence and I killed escaped rabbits and once I knew this issue was repeating. On history, minecraft 1.6.2 There was "Fixed animals escaping their pens", I made the fence more thicker to prevent this :<. Thanks for reporting for me. : ]

Floating sand can't be done using /setblock command. and only can be done using this method. Weird. :[

They Removed Enchanted Golden apple since 15w44a. Making this Not renewable.:< But they're found in dungeon chests.

I think This had changed from Minecraft 1.8 that now creepers no longer floats.
