Well than that's a bug all on its own, because skeleton horses from skeleton horse traps are rideable and at some point were saddle able.

Delete this it's a duplicate of MCPE-16982, I accidentally posted twice. I only got a notification the second time that it had posted.

I don't think it should be removed I mean hasn't it been like this for several versions? I think it would've been removed by now

I actually noticed that when I did ~ ~-3 ~ (so I didn't immediately pick it up) a hitbox was spawned on the ground although there was no item.
