Im really not sure what version of Minecraft I am playing on however I am using a PS4. My game has been crashing very frequently, usually three times a day and every time it crashes all my tamed dogs disappear, is it possible to get them back?

Cobwebs at spawner in mineshaft are invisible but crosshair shows blocks and slowness effect happens.
Gardening Add-On - Salt Ore is invisible and shows through world

The device is an Xbox Series X,.
This issue happens on every world old or new.
Notice as it is just split screen on same TV that add ons are activated.
Noticed add ons effects so far:
Eternal End - Panascais
Farming - Podcrash
Gardening - Podcrash
Cooking - Lunar Client
This also happens with farming add on, gardening add on, cooking add on and many more. Tried deleting and re downloading and it does not work fixing the issue.
Also webs in vanilla Minecraft are invisible.
Add on items go invisible as well.

The steps to recreate this would be
Place a fence
Have a lead attached to mob/animal,
with a water bucket selected, place the lead onto the fence post.
This needs to be fixed ASAP!

this issue has been going on for a while, surprised they have not resolved this yet. I have to take multiple boats with me when i journey through the water.
I am having this same issue. Purchased a few mods and it won't download says that I have no space. Sometimes it will download the file then say failed at failed once its finished downloading or will say no space
Reinstalling game has made it NOT work.
Also, whenever redownloading the game, the split screen person lost everything and has to start over. (Gone to spawn with nothing). Items gone, level gone, ect.
