Mine say's unable to connect to world. Please check your internet connection and try again, then when I try to switch wifi It will say authenticate to microsoft services. I was able to join again earlier but after I closed my minecraft it didnt let me connect again.

Added information:

In android there is an application that shows the chunks generated as you explore the world, according to this application, no chunk generated by this version is loaded when leaving the world.

Which means that every time you explore you generate the same chunks over and over again.

I clarify that what was generated in the previous version if it is loaded and that is not generated again

Please fix this issue and stop recommending things that wont help and doesn't help. Also please message me if you find a solution

Same, I checked my internet speed and found nothing wrong with it. I feel like I just got scammed off my money.

I still cannot play realms, but this time it will either say please authenticate to microsoft services or your Unable to connect to the world. Please check your connection to the internet and try again. I did checked my connection and I have a good wifi connection, so what I did was i restarted my device, uninstalled minecraft pe, cleared the game file, uninstalled the game, I tried a third party app as well but it didnt solved the issue, and I re-installed the game but it still is the same. When the update came, I was able to play twice even with the error "Unable to connect to the world. Please check your connection to the internet and try again." but after a day I wasnt able to anymore. Please help

I have this issue on 1.16.3 too, the trades works perfectly on singleplayer though.

In the end it was Java thing, if I used the launcher without Java I was passing this bug in 1.9
