You are finding an Infested Stone in an Extreme Hills biome. My guess is your world is on peaceful, so the silverfish are not spawning. This is intended behavior.

If a mob happens to pathfind towards a ladder and press up against it, this will happen. This is intended behavior.
Enderman will attack you if you look at them. Always. Try wearing a pumpkin on your head, or looking at the ground.

This feature is only on Java Edition. If you would like to create a marker on a map, duplicate a locator map and then put one of them into an item frame.

They're probably despawning. Try naming them.
If you've already leveled up a villager, he will be "locked in" to the profession and trades he currently has. This is intended behavior.

Is it at all possible that you're referring to the "FOV can be altered by gameplay" setting? Try turning that off.
Can you clarify what game you are talking about? Are you sure this is the best place to put the bug report?
