I have upgraded to a completely new system (which is a desktop) and I am still experiencing this problem.

I've noticed some similarities between the issue I'm experiencing, and the issue described in MCPE-175116. I'm unsure if they are related or not, but what I have noticed is that when testing on mobile, the frequency of the lag spikes is very similar, and happen even without moving. Again, I'm not sure if they are related, but the issue I'm experiencing seems to be almost identical, except it's not as severe.

I have a few apps running in the background (Discord, Steam, etc.), but the issue is still present even during a Windows clean boot where nothing, aside from Windows services and processes, is running in the background. I also experience this issue immediately after reinstalling the game, and not changing any settings.
