Never used to and I think it blocks in java. Makes a shield for end Raiding pointless.

Same thing here. And I get the Levitation effect even when i block the bullet with my shield. Never used to.

Not a dev but i think the mob cap is global so if the other player(s) is spawning mobs that might be it. 

Same problems. Even deleted the pending tick data and that didn't help.

And if 3rd party tools are the problem then whare do I get the one you offer?

I rebuilt the portal I am having trouble with. Now I am being dropped. The portals I dont have an issue were my old ones before the reset. I even rebuilt both sides.
