The resource pack works fine. The game crashes only sometimes when I attempt to join, usually when I have never loaded that resource pack before
I have loaded the resource pack on another world as well as reached to join that world and the resource pack is not broken
I have attached the file
Seems like the bug happens when you load a world with a custom resource pack that wasn't loaded before
Bug persists in 1.13-pre9
Happens in pre-release 4 too
The bug seems to occur only on Linux operative systems. Had the same problem with another game too though!
This bug still persists in the latest snapshot
The newest launcher java-free works fine for me on Fedora and it is not affected by this bug
Just wanted to say for all linux users! You can download then newest version of the launcher here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/5opl31/help_us_test_the_new_minecraft_launcher_now_with/
It works for linux too, so it may probably be a work-around before the bug gets fixed!
Can still confirm it doesn't work on linux, only works on the newest snapshot!
Still not working on linux!
Thanks, that fixed half of the bug! Now the message is only this: Error: Could not find or load main class net.minecraft.launchwrapper.Launch
Strange, it works for me!
@Ryan that's a problem for me too! I wanted to upload a map today and fix some bugs but I can't since I don't want to risk loading it on a snapshot
Dylan Henry, as Ryan Lawton said you can try the newest snapshot, that works!
Same for me!
It works in vanilla too!
Still a bug in 1.12
Confirmed for 1.11.2
Guys, for everybody that is having problems with this bug I found a work around to it...
This bug happens when you run a command via tellraw by making the player click a text...
Just simple put as as the command: /setblock x y z redstone_block
Then put a command block on these coordinates: x y-1 z and put your long command block line there...
In that way the redstone block will power the command block that will have no limits... that's a cool workaround, I hope it helped!
I had the same bug too in the final release 1.10! When you look at bone blocks from gamemode 3 you can see the side of the block as I showed in my 2 screens! (the last one doesn't show a bug, but just shows how the blocks really are from the top in normal mode.
