Michael, I will provide info if this happens again.
I promise I don't have any resource packs on. I just opened up Minecraft and it looked like that.
Also, notice how the chest isn't changed. I believe in the resource pack you're referring to, the chest is also white.
I'm still having this problem in 1.15.2
Oh... whoops! Yeah, there was a redstone torch powering a powered rail, and also locking the hopper. However, I looked in F3 and it didn't say it was locked until I opened the GUI, so that is a bug. But yay, now it's not super loud!
I have the same issue. I'm trying to feed my dog but it just sits or stands. (It's not on full health, if that's what you were wondering.) I have tried every food that the wiki says dogs can eat.
Edit: I exited to the main screen then went back into my world and my dog can eat now. Huh?!
Say, I think it's always 1.4 degrees! I'll have to try a couple times and check.
