I am having the same issue.  My villagers are all locked in to an area with the bed they are tied to and the workstation they are tied to in each individual cell.  All villagers were naturally spawning Zombie villagers that I converted back in to villagers.  The discounted rates that I was getting have disappeared since the 16.1.100 patch on every single villager.

Since I know that the goal was to get parity with java and that the 1 emerald trades were beyond OP, I am not upset to see that go, but my expectation was that there would be something more than a 1 emerald discount on the items

Example:  Protection IV book prior to 16.1.100 was priced at 64 emeralds per book and discounted to 1 emerald because I had converted the villager.  Now, the price is 64 emeralds base price with a 1 emerald discount.

I am assuming I will have to go find all new zombie villagers to covert to get some form of discount?

Playing on a Realm via xbox one but the same issue exists for my fellow realm players on PC, Switch, Mobile, and PS4

I am playing on a bedrock realm via xbox one, though I have had other players check the villager prices from other devices and the result is the same.

Have you tried this when the slime\honey blocks are not touching the ground.  I believe it is failing because the slime\honey is attaching to the grass block below it which cannot be pushed because there are too many blocks in front of it.

Just curious, since Mod IkonicEcho was able to reproduce the issue, why it is listed as plausible as opposed to confirmed?

We have the same issue on our realm.  We originally only had on add-on, the One Player Sleep, that Foxy mentions in his original bug report and that worked fine.  When we added a second resource pack, with a completely different UUID, the problem started.  Removing all resource packs puts things back to normal but then, any resource pack we add turns on the crafting recipes regardless of what the actual add-on pack is programmed to do.

Some additional information for you.  It seems to be specific to the east\west axis, no matter which way the items are flowing.  It the items are flowing either east -> west or west -> east with hoppers to the north, the problem exists.  If the hoppers are to the south of the water flow, the problem does not happen.  You can see this in the xbox capture I took while holding a locator map to determine direction.  Link to the capture stored on my one drive here as it is too large to upload: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AjfuKwvMMdCpj3Un8354IPHYoDGM?e=gVbOes

I could have sworn I tested this in all the cardinal directions so I went back to test again after seeing your image and am seeing the same behavior that you are.  The top option, the one that fails, is the one I was trying to use for my farm that started my bug report.  Additionally, if I switch the failed option to push items left after alignment, instead of right, I still see the same failure.

Just in case a realm invite is not an option for you, I am going to attempt to get a video either via xbox or using my phone to submit.

I am on console so I cannot do a world download but, if you would like, I can arrange a realm invite so you can see the issue in action.  I had been using this prior to the 1.16 update with no issues and have tested it in single player as of this morning and it works fine.  The only place I am seeing it broken is in my realm.  I have attempted the alignment facing each of the cardinal directions to see if that made any difference and it has not.

Please cancel this ticket as I was finally able to find another ticket regarding this issue.

As of the last hotfix, it seems this bug is back.  A couple of days ago, this was not an issue but tonight I was processing a villager and, once he was turned in to a zombie, I could not get him in a minecart at all.  The minecart would bounce off of him if it was pushed in to him.
