TIPPED ARROW KILL CHAMBER IS NOT BUG,
IT IS PART OF THE GAME
You can't just expect Mojang to introduce a brand-new bug in an update, and then completely break other features just to "fix" it. That’s like decapitating someone just to cure a common cold.
Tipped arrow kill chambers have been around for a very long time, and countless farms rely on this mechanic to function—it was never treated as a bug. The real issue only started because a recent preview update caused arrows to never disappear, rather than staying only when killing a low-health mob with one shot. That is the actual bug Mojang was trying to patch.
It’s not a question of whether it’s "inexpensive" or not. Are TNT dupers in Java Edition expensive? No.This tipped arrow mechanic doesn't hurt casual players at all; in fact, it’s vital to the late-game experience for many.
I strongly urge Mojang to roll this back and restore tipped arrows to how they originally worked. You shouldn't mess with some parameters in a preview version, turn a working feature into a bug, and then resort to a "headache-solving decapitation" that removes it entirely. This comes down to whether the developers respect the player base or not.
Bedrock players shouldn't be treated like neglected orphans. Continuously making decisions like this will only drive players away from Bedrock, hurting its market and revenue as everyone migrates to Java Edition or simply chooses to abandon the game. The developers should be supporting and maintaining the Bedrock community, which is why I strongly advise Mojang to preserve the tipped arrow mechanic and roll it back to its original state.
In conclusion, whether a game is worth playing completely depends on the developers' attitude toward their players. Take the Java Edition developers, for example—they respect the player community, which is why they chose not to patch TNT duping even though they could. If the Bedrock team continues to pull these "headache-solving decapitation”stunts and completely ignores player feedback, then I want to say this: no player who truly loves this game has a weak spine. If the developers don’t respect the players at all,the Bedrock market will absolutely never generate better revenue. In the end, player bleeding is never the players' fault, and the developers seriously need to reflect on this.
