I wrote this wrong I meant just with withers

Same issue on two separate iPads and two different accounts (probably relevant because you don't even get to the login screen).

To reproduce:

  1. Attach keyboard to Android tablet

  2. Launch Minecraft

  3. Enter a world or realm

  4. Move around with W A S D

  5. Open chat (either "Enter" or click icon)

  6. Type anything/something

  7. Close chat

  8. W A S D are not longer responsive

Minecraft is yet again not available in the Play Store for Pixel Slate. For the commenter above, it's not about "whitelisting" these devices, since an APK is normally available to all devices as long as they have the desired capabilities (e.g. touch screen), and these devices do. You can check this by looking at the APK manifest.

However Mojang/Microsoft specifically blacklist these devices. After they release the APK to the Play Store, they have to individually list each device (manufacturer, model etc.) that they don't want allowed, and they have to do it for each new APK version they release.

I have attached the crash report. Techy4198, I'm going to let them look at the crash report, then if whatever they say doesn't work, I'll try that. Thanks!

I actually just figured out that it is the resolution, I can load up and use default edit packs perfectly fine, however the thing I still don't understand is how the higher resolutions run just like the default edits on Windows 8, but they completely die on Windows 10.

Here's a resource pack that it happens with: http://adf.ly/1BRl2Z
I have tried multiple resource packs of the same resolution though, so I doubt it's the resource pack's fault.

This is still a concern in Minecraft 1.8.3. I was playing hardcore, too 😞

My apologies. I'll try searching for it a bit more next time.
