My cats mostly don't teleport, but sometimes they do.  There seems no logic between when they do and when they don't.

Having the same problem.  New world started in 1.14.4.  Many villagers not going inside at night, both employed and unemployed. This is Vanilla Minecraft in a naturally spawned village.

But the baby still didn't claim a bed and is just standing around inside.

I broke all the unclaimed beds and replaced them and they finally had another baby.

I have 19 beds, 19 work stations, and only 16 villagers (3 of them are farmers).  They enter love mode (which they wouldn't do if they didn't have enough food), but instead of producing a baby they get anger particles (which I understand indicates the game thinks that there aren't enough beds.)  One of the unclaimed beds is actually in the same medium house with a claimed bed, so proximity shouldn't be an issue either.

I've been having this problem too.  The game seems to be not recognizing some of the beds.  I had a villager standing next to bed but wouldn't sleep in it.  Once I broke it and replaced it, he slept in it.  Now I have empty beds, and villagers entering love mode, but then they get anger particles instead of producing a baby.  Mine is also a traditional village, not a breeding farm, etc.

I have a villager who won't go to his work station, or sleep, he just stands on a bed all day.

Still happening in my village too.
