Ok, so I was under the impression that there was only one Woodland Mansion per world. Which means that the Evoker centric achievements are not possible?
Do I really have to put a suggestion in that achievements are actually possible?
I also created a new world and did the same no cheats, survival, no messing with it, went straight for the "Super Fuel" achievement and no dice there either.
Yes, I tried putting the bucket in the furnace manually, in fact, built a completely new furnace just for the purpose, new bucket, etc. all with no dice
I have tried to recreate this issue, but due to the villager trading being non-usable on iPhone X, I can't... one thing at a time I guess.
I respectively disagree with Aaron Wagner, if you are working on achievements that require trading then the game is unplayable...
Super Fuel: Create a furnace, put a bucket of lava into the fuel section, put anything in the smelting section, item is smelted, no achievement.
As a side note I have a furnace with three funnels attached and the fuel section is full of lava buckets which means I have literally smelted 1000's of items with lava.
I submitted another bug that is for the lack of an Evoker in the Woodland Mansion, which obviously makes Feeling Ill and Cheating Death impossible.
I have started new survival games and attempted the Super Fuel achievement with no luck.

I had multiple games which this bug was not effecting until 1.1 was released. Now I lost all of them. 7-10 in one shot. This sucks... +1 for AppleTV version being nothing more than a demo.
I am pretty sure I did, in my old work, and I certainly did in the new world I created just for the occasion. I can try again.
