this has been broken for around 4 months now.  it's pretty frustrating to those it affects and it is a real stumper as to why this is hard to fix or why it is broken in the first place. the skin items became broken in the market place and character creator separately from any update to minecraft bedrock edition itself.

can someone give a real update about this issue? do the right people know about it? it seems extraordinarily ironic that this has been broken just before the update that's all about making minecraft your own and telling your own story.

i strongly disagree with the working as intended justification. campfires should set things on fire.

Confirming this issue. My wife and daughters have all lost their eyes, lol.

We went through a list of eyes documented at https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creator and compared them to the eyes in the character creator today and found that these eyes are absent.

i shouldn't have to maintain this bug report. just because mojang releases a new version isn't a license to close still active cases.

i had to deal with this again today, purging ~5 gig of data from the content cache's. the content cache is clearly not being maintained. it just downloads everything and never purges or introduces any kind of maintenance.

this shouldn't be closed unless it was addressed. i feel like my report was accurate and supplied enough information for someone to verify.

its disappointing to go through the trouble of reporting a bug just to have it unceremoniously closed. is someone enforcing bad metrics?
