well i have just recently gotten hacked so i will give you the information as soon as possible sorry

changing my texture pack from default back to default seems to have changed the problem but, its something I think is worth looking into

i do not believe so. the fence glitch damages you the door one dose not and has to do with a completely different item so i assume that it is a separate glitch but i may be wrong.
