its no longer giving me the error message but now it loads up the graphic with the mobs and characters on it. the bar below has not moved in over an hour. i did restart my pc before i tried the install. im glad the first problem is over. im hoping this will get resolved just as fast.

i uninstalled the bedrock demo i had on the pc also just to make sure it was not conflicting with the install. restarted the install and rebooted the pc. it had been tring to install for a few hours with zero progress. so i decided to start again.
