Try running Pocket Edition without mcpe master and see if that solves the problem

Occurred on Bluestacks (an android emulator that I use for testing beta versions of MCPE) in 1.0.5

Can confirm using a Nukkit LAN server and a device running MCPE (a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 lite (SM-T110))

This isn't a bug, it's the computer trying to preform all the tasks Minecraft PE is throwing at it. So I'd say this isn't a MCPE problem.

I have the same problem, and I don't think this was fixed in build 2. It might be a placeholder until they port the Levitation icon from PC.
